Why Burn Sage ? 

Had a bad week or is the energy feeling a little stagnant and heavy in your space?
For centuries the burning of sacred plants such as
Sage, Lavender, Cedar, Statice, Palo Santo, has been used/burned in a ritual known at Smudging.
This is preformed to cleanse a space, an object of negative energy’s,
negative thoughts and even bad spirits!
The burning of White Sage is also said to kill 98% of airborne bacteria.
No bad vibes, no chemicals, clean and clear space to start your new day or week.

 How To Use: 

Find a ceramic dish, bowl or shell to catch the ash and embers as they fall.
Think about your intention you want to achieve.
Hold your smudge over a sink at a 45-degree angle or place loose Sage blend in heat safe bowl. Light the tips, then gently blow out the flame so that you see the orange embers only.
Continue this process until you have reached a desired smoke strength.
Leave a windows open during and after Smudging to allow the smoke & negative
energy to leave. Now you can start clearing your space.
Walk your wand or loose Sage bowl around in a clockwise circle in each corner of your space.
Burn on or over a heat resistant surface, away from draughts and out of the reach
of children and pets. Never leave a burning wand unattended.
Once completed , dab the lit end into a little water, dirt or sand to extinguish.
Once it’s completely out, store it in a safe, dry place out of the direct sun.
Ready to be used again.
